Rajouri, Oct 28: To discuss and identify infrastructure gaps in key public services, Member Legislative Assembly Thanamandi Muzaffar Khan, in presence of Deputy Commissioner Abhishek Sharma, chaired a meeting here Thursday to review the status of road projects and healthcare facilities in his home constituency.
The meeting focused on improving the condition of PWD and BRO roads and the critical health needs of the local population.
MLA Muzaffar Khan and DC Abhishek Sharma thoroughly reviewed the progress of the road projects, including the vital Rajouri-Thanamandi-Surankote road. Officials from the Public Works Department (PWD) and the Border Roads Organisation (BRO) presented updates on ongoing works, citing recent advancements and challenges in road connectivity, particularly in areas affected by monsoon damage. The MLA underscored the importance of timely project completion to ensure accessible routes for commuters and local residents alike.
