CM inaugurates Winter Carnival Festival at Pahalgam Club

Anantnag, Jan 2: In a grand celebration of Jammu and Kashmir’s rich cultural heritage, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah inaugurated Winter Carnival at Pahalgam Thursday evening.
