Career guidance can transform Kashmir’s young minds

The rush of visitors to Tulip Garden has been increasing with each passing day as hundreds of people flock the garden on a regular basis, giving a further boost to the tourism sector in Jammu & Kashmir. However, the footfall has been leading to the massive traffic mess along the route as the vehicles in large numbers could be seen stuck along the crucial road, creating huge inconvenience to the general public. The flow of visitors is certainly going to boost the local economy, but there is a dire need to come up with some plans to bring respite to the local populace who have to travel along the route on a regular basis to reach their destinations, especially in the morning and evening hours. One needs to understand that smooth passage to the common masses as well as the visitors is imperative, thereby the authorities should identify some routes where the regular public movement should be restricted and on the other end, some routes should be kept completely for the common passes to reach their destinations with ease. It is indeed known to all that the rush of visitors cannot last for a long, but during this period, the common masses need to be facilitated and it is to be ensured that the school-going children, employees, students and businessmen are not pushed to the wall at this juncture. Besides, there is a need to ensure further deployment of the traffic policemen, who would ensure a smooth passage to the vehicular movement and thus simultaneously bring respite to the people including the visitors as well as the local populace.
