As Srinagar modernizes, there is a pressing need to focus on improving public transport, particularly bus services, in the old city areas, where infrastructure and mobility challenges are often overlooked. For decades, the old city has suffered from inadequate and inefficient public transportation, making it difficult for residents and visitors to navigate this culturally rich and historically significant part of Srinagar.
