In many localities, indiscriminate parking not only disrupts traffic flow but also hampers emergency services and pedestrian movement. The result is a city struggling to balance its historic layout with modern transport demands. Multi-level parking facilities, if strategically planned and efficiently managed, can provide a sustainable remedy. They optimize limited urban space while reducing roadside congestion.
